    Nurse educators need valid & reliable methods to evaluation student competency
     
    DEU Model for clinical education has many positive outcomes, including increased preparedness, increased student satisfaction, and enhanced clinical reasoning skills
     
    DEU model utilizes Clinical Teaching Partner (CTP) input into student nurse competency & performance assessment
