Remark:
This eight-page oversized (7½ x 10¾) pamphlet is dramatic, as is the whole series. This fable is often known rather as The Lion and the Mosquito. Its strongest images are the final one and, even more, the slightly different presentation of the same scene on the cover. The spider is ready to pounce on the trapped mosquito. The moral is good: Nos vence el enemigo más chiquito. This is one of five pamphlets that Mr. Tottino was good enough to find for me.
