    Abstract
This project explores inter-rater reliability of a rubric designed to enable faculty members across the undergraduate nursing curriculum to evaluate student writing using a single tool. Faculty outside of a selected nursing course graded de-identified papers using the standardized rubric. Faculty then participated in a focus group discussion to evaluate faculty perception of the rubric. Investigators are reviewing grading discrepancies and the results of the discussion with the goal of modifying and improving the rubric as a standardized tool.
